Mr Buzolić welcomed us like friends and asked him to trust him with the menu - all he asked was that we tell him when we've had enough. We sat inside even though there was a large patio outside. It's cozy and we could watch the master chef at work inside his own kitchen as well as talk to him about his food and experiences as a well-travelled and worldly competition chef. Everything we ate was sourced locally and even foraged by the chef himself who was born on Hvar. For example, after the recent heavy rains he found a lot of snails on a walk with his dog. Also he had a huge bucket of wild thyme that he had recently picked which smelled amazing and which was also included in our food.
